  • Do you have a minimum order?

    No.  We are glad to accept the smallest order, even one hat or shirt, etc.  We are also capable of handling large orders.   Give us a call and let us take care of your embroidery, regardless of how small or large.


    Do you give a quantity discount?

    Yes!  We offer a 10% discount for orders of 12 or more of the same design.  This can be configured in several ways, for example, 12 hats with the same design or 6 shirts and 6 hats, 4 shirts, 4 vests, 4 hats, etc.   For further discount information, please contact us.  Note--We do not offer volume discounts on customer provided garments.


    How do you handle shipping?

    We ship by UPS or USPS, whichever you prefer.


    What are your customer service hours?

    Our customer service schedule is as follows--


    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday--10AM-6PM


    Thursday and Saturday--10AM-1PM


    Sunday--Closed
